לכבוד ראש חודש אלול

I will bl"n take the day off. A break from רדיפת כבוד המדומה of page loads and comments. Respite from ביטול זמן . A sunshiny day absent אונאת דברים. Today I'll skip having to get in the last word, looking clever by comparison to another's ignorance, and refusing to acknowledge errors lest I lose the argument.

Is that the wailing and gnashing of teeth of my multitudes of readers that I hear ? Is it the hellish withdrawal torments of my teeming mosh pit of bloggish friends, fans and foes? Nah...I didn't think so.

Qedusha-Havdala...Have you had YOURS today???

no wailing but a definite sound of teeth gnashing

I'll get the last word today.

Elul starts tonight. It is still Av today...

I was trying to do Teshuva now while the crowds are still sparse and beat the Elul rush.

and don't be such a pedant... by me Rosh Khodesh is tolui in Hallel not in Shofar.

The question is...are YOU wailing and gnashing your teeth and will DB take me back?

The only way I see DB taking you back is as I've told you all along, you apologize for personal attacks and commit to more civil blogging.

I don't see you doing this and therefore I don't see him taking you back...

But this blog is great!

and, apparently, appreciated only by yekheedei segulah.

Maybe we need to impress upon DovBear how precipitously the quality of his blog has dropped, how dull and echo-chamber like it has become, since my banning.

Then perhaps he will un-ban me with no preconditions.
