Traif Schedule
What's with Mondays off? I thought that was only for barbershops or do all chic traif (forgive the pun) restaurants close on Mondays? Also...no bacon and eggs for breakfast?

On Broadway, most shows are dark on Mondays. Perhaps they're anticipating that a large contingent of their clientele will stay home on Mondays.

Maybe he needs to take a haircut once in a while. :-)
But most likely, since restaurants do most business on weekends, he probably wants to take off the first workday.
If he wants his business to succeed he ought to work it 7 days a week 18 hours a day...at least to start.
He certainly doesn't subscribe to the goatherds superstition that G-d will provide.
I think in Israel all the barbers are (or used to be) closed on Tuesday afternoons.
