Slow Re-Acclimation

Well another blessed set of Yomim Tovim have been gained and now it's back to the darkness of the mundane. As I begin my latest descent deeper into the hell of J-Blogging I'm wondering whether or not to start on a downer.

I have to check my drafts and listen to / read about current events for post ideas but the only one that comes to mind immediately was an idea I had for a viduy post before Yom Kippur. If I make a post of this it will be decidedly depressing. Question is: Now that Yom Kippur has come and gone is it עבר זמנה בטלה מצוותה ? What do the three of YOU think?

I just posted on a Chol HaMoed topic. Viduy is always timely, yet I prefer an uplifting message. Since when did you go from 5 readers to 3? At least with 5 we were able to say Chatzi Kaddish for the blog. Come visit. Maybe my limited readers will repay the favor.

I'd like to see it. Prefer something more uplifting as well, but it can't all be sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows.

I do my best blogging when I'm lying in bed at night ready to fall asleep. Unfortunately I forget all about the stirring stuff I was thinking about when I wake up in the morning.
Z'man avar. Write the post, save but don't publish it and then release it during the Eseres Yamim next year.

anything worth posting is worth re-posting!

I agree with Garnel - write the post and save it for posting during next aseret yemei teshuva in about a year from now.

That is, if Mashiach hasn't arrived yet by then. If he has arrived, well, we likely won't require the post anymore.
